(84 reviews) Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel. There are several stairs to climb but the staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage. The rooms are spacious and provide a unique experience away from the busy cities of San Pedro and Panajachel. Alexis cooked us a lovely dinner each night of traditional Guatemala cuisine which was delicious! (135 reviews) We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us!
