The hotel is perfectly located, next to main bars, restaurants, beaches and malls. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, with a various choice of dishes, with amazing coffee and a menu with specials you can order as well (included). The restaurant personnel is very mindful and nice as well. Rooms are functional and pretty clean. The main negative point for us was the noise from the street starting around 8am.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare (12-15 mns à pied), desservi par le bus reliant le centre d’eilat aux belles plages de la mer rouge en direction de l’Egypte. Personnel très sympathique et piscine agréable.

Cute little hotel in a great location
Nice little hotel in an excellent and convenient location. STAFF WAS SUPERB! For the friendliness of the staff, I will *absolutely* stay here again. Everyone was great - from the check-in folks, to the housekeeping, just an absolute pleasure. The only suggestions I would have is the TVs could do with an upgrade, and perhaps slightly better blankets...but this is really a nitpick.

As per other reviews i was asked to pay again, with an hours argument at reception. It was only resolved when i was able to show my bank account with money paid to Expedia. Laundry carts in halways permanently. Returned to room to find cleaners had left the room door wide open for the day. Good breakfast

This is not a 5 star hotel but for the price we paid and the location and the staff it was great! It was clean the beds we’re comfortable and it was close to the beach promenade. All we needed!

I do think this property is very overpriced. To walk to our small room we had to squeeze by mattresses that were leaning in the hallway, as well as mutiple laundry carts-that never disappeared. Staff were kind/helpful.

The hotel is close to the beach and other facilities, it has a decent albeit small pool with a life guard, it is spotlessly clean, but a bit tired. The staff are friendly and helpful. Half of Eilat is a building site, with noisy and unsightly work going on.

The hotel had pleasant front desk that was accommodating and service minded. The room was spacious and fresh. The hallways and staircases in the hotel needs some renovation so the room was a great surprise compared to other areas of the hotel. The location is close to the beach behind a hotel complex. Hotel is schoon en binnen rustig, wel lawaai voorbijrijdend verkeer. Gemeenschappelijke ruimten niet optimaal onderhouden en medewerkers bij receptie redelijk maar niet erg geïnteresseerd. Goed geprijsd en dicht bij strand.

The hotel has a great location with a short walk to the beach and the promenade. A number of bus stops are also close by. The hotel has nice pool and the rooms were quite spacious. The reception staff was quite friendly as well and was very efficient with checkin and checkout.

Pros: location, breakfast (excellent!), and pool. Cons: room was falling apart - the furniture was broken, lights hanging askew, desperately needed a paint job. One of our first rooms didn’t have electricity, and the electricity for the entire hotel went out several times while we were there. Hallways needed vacuuming. When we went to check out, I asked for late checkout, which was supposed to be guaranteed as a hotels.com gold member for this hotel, and was strongly rebuked. Only after I showed the desk correspondence I had about late check out with the manager was I permitted to have late check out for one of our three rooms, but not before getting a lecture about how unusual it was to get late check out.

This our 3rd time in this hotel. Everytime the quality is worse than worse. Breakfast is terrible very low.. we stay in the room as a family 4 people. Everyday we come back from the beach there were 3 towels for 4 people.. And the last day we forgot one mobile telephone in the room, we called the hotel back if they found it. The woman at the reception was very ugly she was just shouting like crazy. She was very far away to be helpfull. It was a dissapointed..

Excellent experience
Amazing service, friendly and helpful. We were allowed to do a late checkout for free and the staff was there for anything we need. Good location and a lot of parking spots right outside the building (parking meter). There's a terrace with a huge table where you can have dinner and a great pool. Breakfast was really good (In Shabbat is better to come with an espresso coffee from the room as the machine is not operative)
