Detached small building complex with 3 holiday flats on the outskirts of Eibenstock in the Westerzgebirge, quietly situated in a side street with little traffic.  
  
Garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. 4 car parking spaces on the property.  
  
The holiday flat is about 67 m² in size and is located on the ground floor. It consists of a large living/kitchen area with sofa, coffee table and armchair, HD TV and music system. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing provides a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and the fireplace ensures a cosy ambience and relaxation. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and spacious wardrobes. The bathroom with shower is modern and spacious, and the modern interior design, dominated by beautiful wood and friendly colours, creates a pleasant feel-good ambience to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  
  
Hiking and cycling directly from the property on an extensive network of trails in wooded surroundings. Modern adventure pool with unique sauna area - Badegärten Eibenstock - within walking distance. Wurzelrudis Erlebniswelt 1500 m, riding centre 2000 m and Ski-Alpin (ski arena) 1500 m away. Cross-country skiing on over 50 km of ski trails (Kammloipe) possible.
