"when looking for the accomodation, it was difficult to understand if we were booking a room or an an appartment. we wanted 2 rooms for two people and we ended with booking 2 appartments!! that we were not able to cancel :-( secondly, the way to register is quite complex and even if you give your phone number on hotels.com, the host didn't receive it. I had some mails... in my spam box :-( :-( so the check in was quite complex. beside that everything was ok"

"Wonderful experience. Clean accommodation. Wonderful staff; Giuseppe, Daniela and their family were wonderful and very thoughtful. The food was exceptional and included 5/6 course!
