Welcome to our Modern Craftsman Home, where the heart of Egg Harbor-Door County, Wisconsin, beats with warmth and modern elegance. This spacious abode offers three comfortable bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. The kitchen stands as a testament to culinary excellence, featuring top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances, ready for your gourmet adventures. The home is graced with high-end custom finishes that blend craftsmanship with comfort.  
  
We pride ourselves on creating a streamlined experience whenever and wherever possible. You'll check in with a keypad deadbolt, receive all your check-in instructions digitally, and browse a list of our favorite spots in Door County from our digital guidebook. If you need us, we're always a phone call or text away.  
  
  
Nestled just off Highway 42, the main artery of Egg Harbor, our home grants you immediate access to the town's array of local shops and dining experiences. A stroll from your doorstep leads you into the heart of Egg Harbor's charm. Highway 42 itself is your gateway to explore the "bay side" of the peninsula, connecting you effortlessly to beloved destinations like Fish Creek, Ephraim, and Sister Bay. Should the tranquility of the "quiet side" beckon, a turn onto County Highway E will guide you towards the serene locales of Jacksonport and Bailey’s Harbor. Plus, you're only a 20-minute journey north of Sturgeon Bay, a burgeoning hub for tourists seeking the essence of Door County.  
  
Your stay includes full access to the house, where you can relax on the welcoming front porch or enjoy the expansive backyard, complete with a patio and a fire pit for your evening gatherings. Please note, the garage will remain closed during your visit. Additionally, there is a separate guest suite above the garage which we rent independently. It features its own private entrance, ensuring your privacy, as there are no communal areas between the main house and the suite except for the driveway.  
  
Step into our Modern Craftsman Home in Egg Harbor, Door County, where every corner reflects meticulous craftsmanship and contemporary luxury.  
  
This home boasts three bedrooms, each a sanctuary of comfort with custom finishes. The master suite is a testament to no detail spared, featuring a king-size bed where you can indulge in restful nights, and a bathroom that stands out with its stunning tile shower and double vanity, complete with Kohler fixtures.  
  
The other two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, provide plush comfort and are adorned with high-quality linens, ensuring every guest enjoys their own private retreat.  
  
The bathrooms are equally impressive, with finishes that echo the elegance found throughout the home. The modern decor harmonizes with natural light that pours in through large windows, creating an inviting ambiance in every space.  
  
The kitchen, equipped with Jenn-Air appliances, is designed for both the amateur and the gourmet chef, with a layout that encourages culinary creativity. The home extends its luxury outdoors to a spacious backyard, where you can unwind by the fire pit under the stars.  
  
This house isn't just a place to stay; it's a showcase of architectural finesse and interior design, tailored for those who appreciate the finer things in life, making it an unparalleled retreat in Door County.  
  
  
You’ll need a car to get here, which you can park in the driveway. You can walk to Egg Harbor, or conveniently drive anywhere else on the peninsula.  
  
As we mention at other points in the listing, the house is private. However, there is a guest suite above the garage that we rent separately. It has a private entrance, and the guest suite guests do not have access to the backyard. There are no shared spaces or shared walls.  
  
As the owners and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. The cozy linens we provide are professionally laundered by our staff.  
  
We have a small team that helps us take care of all the details at our properties, but we are not a large rental management company that has lost the personal connection with our guests. We strive to provide the best of both worlds: professional service with a personal touch.
