My family (including dog) stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. The amenities are spacious especially for being so centrally located. Communication by the host was outstanding before and during our stay. We enjoyed walking around town or exploring the nature of Door County and then coming back to this amazingly comfortable home. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO property to a small family of 3/4 or a couple looking to enjoy all that DC has to offer. A few very (very, very) minor things to note 1) we have a small child and the hangers/storage didn’t allow for putting his clothes anywhere aside from keeping them in the suitcase. Not a big deal but something to be aware of when packing for children. 2) This awesome rental is dog friendly, which I found to be rare for the location right in town, so there will be dog hair around. No matter how well the cleaning crew does there will still be hair from other dogs. I am obviously fine with that as a person who brought their dog but something to mention if you rent a dog friendly place and don’t have a dog. All in all what a good stay we had. We loved the easy location to a market, breweries, and restaurant. Being on highway 42 made it easy to visit the other towns of Door County as well! The showers were so spacious and equipped with toiletries which was appreciated. Juan and Michael had great communication. Would definitely recommend staying at this location. ##### Peter K.
