Guests also have access to two spacious patios and underground parking for one car. Additional parking for extra vehicles is available directly across the street from the Pinecone Lodge. This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 106 Pinecone Lodge have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more. The bedroom configuration for the property is as follows: Master bedroom with King bed, adjacent bathroom Guest bedroom with a Split King (or two twin beds), en-suite Jack and Jill Bathroom. Sleeper sofa in the Living Room With its close proximity to Arrowhead Lift less than a 5 minute walk on heated walkways in the heart of Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally you are provided with complimentary access to the Village Connect shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort. Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $3,000\. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. The condo itself was easy to get to and clean. However, there was no A/C and the beds a bit uncomfy which made good sleep really difficult to get. The main issue is with the leasing company and/or owner. We have a service animal and it seems more cumebrsome than in past experience to get the OK to have the animal. And then, on the morning of the last day, was contacted by the leasing company saying they received a complain of a dog barking and needed to resolve the issue. There were dogs in the condo building behind us barking all the time. I never complained but I bet that's the barking someone heard and then complained of. To be accused of that, bothered on our stay, and just not met with a warm personality was just not a great experience. It's hard enough getting my mom out with her dog, so when we do, we do not want to be hassled all the time. Won't be staying with a condo again under the management of this company. ##### Brittany G.
