Before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. ⭑SECURITY DEPOSIT⭑ A security deposit of $300 CAD will be collected prior to check-in. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. For parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are unable to retrieve or manage mail or packages for guests. ⭑CANCELLATIONS⭑ We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking. To protect yourself from non-refundable last-minute cancellations, consider purchasing travel insurance for the desired level of protection. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ★ This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an unauthorized party / event happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled and no refunds shall be given. ★ Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7\.
