Bel hotel, propre et spacieux. Bon déjeuner
Il y avait probablement un tournoi de quelque chose pendant notre séjour car le nombre de famille était très élevé. Ainsi, le déjeuner fut pénible en raison du bruit et du nombre de personnes, mais c'était hors du contrôle de l'hôtel. Il n'y avait plus de place où s'asseoir et les plateaux toujours vides lorsque venait notre tour. Sinon, l'hôtel est bien, lit très confortable, chambre tes grande et propre. Localisation idéale, très près du West Edmonton Mall. Je ne sais toutefois pas si ça valait le 148$ que nous avons payé pour notre nuit ....

Very Nice Hotel - Very Nice Stay
I had a very nice stay at Staybridge Suites, this hotel is clean, soundproof, very comfortable and nice amenities like stove, full size fridge, dishwashing machine and dishes. They even offer free drinks and dinner on Monday, Tuesday and I think Wednesday to promote exchage between guests. The only small downside for me, is that they do not offer a full room cleaning service when you are staying several days, I was there for three nights, they only make the bed and replace towels (which I think would't be necessary if you do not require it), but where I have a problem with the cleaning is that at the entrance of the room, you have a hard floor, during my stay there was snow outside and even if I had to walk quite a bit to get to my room, my shoes were still wet and it made quite a mess on the floor, mopping takes a few seconds and could make a world of difference.

This hotel is awesome.very family friendly . I like the separated rooms that give more privacy . The nice kitchen has stove, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also shared free laundry room. Especially, the breakfast is great, quality and tasty food. The minor drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

It was a great stay. My room was large a comfortable. I liked the kitchenette and used it often. The hotel was very close to all the venues/shopping that I needed. Quick access to Henday. Overall. Great trip.

This was a pretty nice stay. The rooms are big and clean, and the stove & fridge came in handy. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The only real issue we had is that the floors appear to be thin or there was just a really heavy person staying above us that kept pacing back and forth at all hours of the night.

We stayed there for 4 nights and we enjoyed the experience. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary snack&drink night ( they offer on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) as well as every day breakfast. We used the gym that was not crowded and clean everyday morning and that was great. Laundry is free ( bring your own detergent ) and it was not overcrowded and no waiting time. Staff was very friendly and check in and out were both very smooth. We will definitely come back. Great location too!

Very enjoyable stay. Really nice breakfast, but kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests… no coffee, hash browns, etc at times. No ice-machine in hotel… only ice makers in freezers in rooms. No way to fill a cooler. Hotel was beautifully quiet, even though there were lots of guests. Big downfall was the layout of the room… Pull out couch that sleeps 1 in livingroom. Bedroom had 2 queens … and a sink area/bathroom that has no door… no nightlight in the bathroom itself… very unfortunate when travelling with kids… bring a battery operated nightlight to leave near the toilet so no one has to turn on the lights in the middle of the night and wake everyone up. Besides these issues we enjoyed our stay. Great value when travelling with a family of 5.

Checking in was smooth staff were friendly. The stay was good. It was checking out that was the problem. To receive my $250 deposit back they had to check my room which is not unusual. The attendant who checked brought up a concern to another staff member and started to whisper. She said a blanket was missing and her tone and words indicated we took the blanket. Saying she checked everywhere and that its missing from the room. I told the attendant nothing is missing its on th3 couch. She went back and the blanket was on the couch. So just be cautious, specially if your first nation go with them when they check your room to ensure you wont be wrongly accussed of taking something. I usually stay here for work this was a family trip and i feel conflicted wether I would stay here again.
