Spacious room with a view! Great swimming pool on the 26th floor. The jacuzzi was great and the nap on the comfortable chairs was fantastic. The water in the pool is a bit too cold. My only critic. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, perfect for a concert evening!

A bit expensive for a hotel without included breakfast. The downtown area and neighborhoods to the North and East are struggling with homelessness, crime and drug abuse. We witnessed two incidents within minutes of leaving the hotel for the first time in the late afternoon. So be careful especially if you're traveling alone or going home at night. There was a falsely added parking fee to our bill from the 4th day of our stay, which made no sense as we had no such request and immediately said upon arrival that we don't need parking. We won't be returning because of the mentioned issues.

The key cards stopped working two days in a row. This is inconvenient as you need them to get up the elevator. Our whole floor had to get their keys reprogrammed one evening. The service by the staff was excellent. They are very helpful and informative. Rooms were good size with nice size mini fridge and microwave. Location is excellent. At nighttime, though probably wouldn’t want to be outside downtown alone. Hotel connected well to the mall - Edmontons bell centre with Tim’s and shoppers drug Mart.

Stayed one night at this hotel when I was in Edmonton for an NHL game. Arrived an hour and a half after check in started, and our room was not ready. I was asked to wait 15 minutes while they finished up the room. Okay, no problem. Waited 15 minutes, then waited in line to check in. When I got to the desk (25 minutes later total) the room was still not ready. The person checking in beside did not have their room ready either and was offered a coupon at the connecting restaurant to have a drink while they waited. I was not offered the same. Waited another 5ish minutes and then was informed the room was ready. This hotel is right by the arena, I would assume they are well versed in getting hectic when there’s an event in town. It was frustrating not to be offered the same coupon as others were that had to wait. Not that I came there to get a complimentary drink, just annoying. I do give it an overall good rating as I enjoyed the remainder of my stay just wasn’t too impressed with the check-in.

I had to call security twice to settle down the other guests. (Kids running around the hallways and then drunk parents yelling at the kids) and On the second call, I told them that if they didn’t fix it, I would call the police. Only then the issue was rectified
