What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing: \-This home does have a downstairs suite that is also a short term rental AND there is a possibility that the downstairs guests may have pets. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system. \-Our home does not have A/C, however, we do offer tall tower fans to help cool down the space in those warm summer months and opening the windows as well will create a great cross breeze! This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with one king size bed, one queen size bed and a comfortable queen pull out/fold down couch in the living room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, washer and dryer, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee. The neighborhood is also super convenient and cute. I highly recommend, especially if travelling with a pet as there are so many parks to explore.
