The home is clean and the bedrooms are spacious. Private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms makes this a great choice for larger groups.However, if you are coming with more than one vehicle, parking is a challenge since the alley way parking pad will only accommodate one vehicle (you have to share with other property), and parking in front of the home is restricted to permit holders. Alley was often difficult to maneuver since many neighbours had multiple vehicles that were parked. Also, not great if you have any mobility issues as there are multiple stairs both upstairs and downstairs to access bedrooms (there is one room on main level though).
