The fourth bedroom is in the basement and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. All beds are prepared with freshly cleaned linens to ensure your comfort and well-being. Great location other than the awful LRT line being built all over Edmonton. It is an eyesore on the front street and difficult to get around. Not the fault of this property. Parking was good. My only complaint would be the lack of hot water. A bath at the end of a long arduous day was lukewarm, the hot water would only last in filling up the tub 1/2 way. I was there by myself for most of the 6 night stay. I have no idea what it would have been like for more than one person to shower. That is a huge problem in my eyes. I was told it was a problem that could NOT be addressed, how unfortunate. I would have given this property an much better review had the water issue been resolved. ##### Janet F.
