Separate entrance, Separate Furnace , fully furnished, extra Sofa Bed in living area for an additional guest. feels like your own home, close to downtown, Walking distance to shopping Centre, 10min to train station, next to Anthony Henday, quick access to Fort McMurray, 20min to West Edm Mall, 10min to Commonwealth Stadium, 15min to Rogers Place, 15min to Glenrose and Royal Alex Hospital. Come & relax in this calm, stylish & luxurious legal basement suite  
The space  
We live on the Northside of Edmonton, close to the Anthony Henday exit to Fort Mac and Grand Prairie. Very close to malls such as Northgate, Londonderry, Kingsway, city Center, and West Edmonton Mall.  
  
Guest access  
There is an extra parking to the far right of the drive way. Guest are welcome to use it. They are also welcome to sit at the backyard and relax if needed
