This home is not only modern and extremely clean, it’s spacious, well lit and well equipped. The furnishings and bed were exceptionally comfortable. The homes location was spot on wonderful. So very scenic and picturesque on the edge of the river valley situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Check in and check out were extremely easy and with great instructions and communication with the owner. As a matter of interest, when I inquired if there was red wine glasses to be had, the owner went over and above by immediately having a pair of ornate red wine glasses placed on the counter waiting for our arrival. The owner was super friendly, helpful and nice. Location was stunning! One of my favourite areas of Edmonton in the summer. Overall we had a good stay. It could have been a bit cleaner as there was dust on the side tables next to the couch and under the king size bed didn’t look too clean either but those things didn’t bug us. Also there was a bit of a ant problem in the suite, i mentioned it to the owner and he was very fast to reply and offered to help right away but we weren’t too bothered by it as well and we just wanted to have a peaceful stay and not worry about that so we didn’t ask for them to come get rid of them.
