The cleaning is terrible! We found a worn sock beneath the bed! So gross!!! There was homeless standing outside, right out the door. When I came back at night, we felt so unsafe.

The decor of the lobby, lounge, and restaurant were outstanding. Thus, I expected the room to be excellent but found it was dated, damage on walls, terrible drapes.

The room we received was not well maintained. It was at least clean. The thermostat would not function, so the room stayed around 23C to 24C all night. The shower did not work, so we were forced to take baths. To top it off, around 1AM someone decided to pull the fire alarm as a prank which rang for the next 30 minutes until the fire department shut it off. We also did not receive our silver status bonus and the staff seemed very confused when we asked. The staff also did not offer anything for the fact the room was hot, the shower didn't work, and we were awaked by a fire alarm in the middle of the night. Overall, a poor experience.

The lobby is the only nice part of this hotel. After getting off of the elevator, there was a terrible smell in the hallway and the rooms haven’t been updated, ever. There was a wet spot on the carpet and again, a smell. Staff was friendly.

I was asked for a Canadian id on check in ,so i asked if only Canadian could stay at this hotel ,as i am Trinidadian, then the staff proceeds to check me in ,this was not very welcoming

Staff were amazing. Rooms were dated. Our bathroom door hinges were broken the fire alarm went off at 1am. Asked for extra bedding and nothing was available due to high volume. Breakfast is about $13 each or across the highway is IHOP. Good on a budget.

The room was a bit dated. I checked in on Friday and checking out on Monday. When I checked in I was told that housekeeping would be done on Monday! Like what? So I had to ask for towels and did request housekeeping on Sunday.

Fine for a quick overnight during a concert in town when everything else was booked. Would never choose to go here for any other reason. There was mold in the shower, garbage and dust behind the tv stand, curtains smelled like old ashtrays, lighting was awful. Our rooms windows looked out yo the lobby so while we didn't hear the outside noise, we also couldn't get any fresh air in the room or have any sort of view.
