The condo was exceptionally clean for a summer beach rental. For once, I didn't feel the need to wash everything I brought and didn't wear when I got home! You could tell it was decorated with care. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. The Murphy bed in the desk was very comfortable. The owners were wonderful and responsive. For instance, I asked if there was a way to boil water for tea. They ordered a tea pot! The toilet needed a new fill valve/flush valve/flapper (stuff happens). I sent them a note at 6AMish, and the plumber was there by 8\. The location was great, a gated community which we felt safe. It was very easy to get to beach access. We walked in and it was well decorated and so clean! Lots of spices and kitchen essentials were stocked, so we ate breakfast and lunch in! We were under extreme heat advisory and the air conditioner had no trouble keeping up, so we relaxed and slept comfortably. The deck view was so peaceful overlooking the golf course. We saw deer, turtles, lots of beautiful birds right from the back door. Walking distance to a few restaurants and an easy drive to all others! We spent three short nights, and didn’t want to leave. Everything about this place is beautiful, from the bead board accents to the coastal decor. The instructions for checking in and out as well as operating the fancy washer/dryer combo were clear and easy to follow.
