We loved our stay here. It was close to the city center and had a bus stop right out front that made it easy to get anywhere we needed. Several shops and food options near by. Vivienne was amazing and was great with giving us suggestions and recommendations for places to go and things to do. Breakfast was offered in the morning it was great. Our host, Vivienne, was phenomenal! The Sherwood house is a beautiful property and obviously well cared for. The bed was comfortable and we had a large bathroom in our room. There is a bus stop just a few feet from the property. We will definitely stay here again.

Two wonderful days in Edinburgh

We enjoyed our stay at Sherwood Guest House a lot. The room is a bit small, but really comfortable with a cooker and free tea and coffee. There's also a microwave, which we didn't use, but anyway great. Vivienne is an extremely kind, open minded and helpful host. The breakfast was also very, very good. There's a super bus connection right outside the house.We can do nothing but highly recommend Sherwood Guest House.
