Located on the ground floor (but with steps), the Restalrig Apartment, with free Wifi and free on-street parking, welcomes two guests.

The one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a two-seater breakfast table, while a dining table and chairs can be found in the living room.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so late check-ins are not possible - 2200hrs being the latest.

This is not a party flat. CCTV protected (cameras located externally obviously!).

Appartement bien situé avec arrêt de bus juste en face donc grande facilité pour se déplacer. Suzan est réactive et nous a donné des explications précises et détaillées pour l'entrée dans l'appartement et les transports en commun. Rien ne manquait dans le logement. Home away from home
We had a lovely time in Susan's appartment. She sent us elaborate check in information. So it was easy for us to enter the appartment. The location is a 35 min walk out of the city centre (which was no problem for us since we love walking) but there is a busstop right in front of the appartment as well for those who cannot or do not want to walk into town. The kitchen is fully equiped and the cupboards were stocked and we could use that. The only comment we have, is that the upstairs neighbours were a bit loud and noisy late in the evening and during the night. All in all we loved staying in the appartment and felt really at home.

Improving it is impossible
The apartment was completely prepared to live in, clean, tidy and confortable We really felt like home. Susan, the host, has been incredibly attentive. The apartment is full of tips to enjoy it and info to move into Edinburgh. There is a bus stop just in front. The only bad reference I can say is that... no improvement can be made!!!! Stunning little home from home
This is a lovely little apartment in a fabulous location, just outside the city, but not far from everything. Susan was super attentive to everything a guest may need, and there were little touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. I look forward to returning to Edinburgh and staying here again.

There is no better host than Susan. She provided us with everything a person would need or want, and then some. The apartment is welcoming, comfortable, and feels like home. Transportation and shops are just outside the front door. It was wonderful and we hope to stay again.

Very lovely stay
The apartment was very nice and spacious with all the amenities one would need, it was indeed a home away from home. Everything was well labeled with detailed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and nice. The living room was large and there is Netflix!! on the TV. We can't ask for anything better. The location was excellent with wide street and plenty of parking on the road. Highly recommended.

Schöne Tage in Edinburgh
Wir hatten bei Susan einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen zu Ferienzwecken gleichwohl sehr geeignet. Gründe hierfür sind die direkt vor dem Haus gelegene Bushaltestelle und der gegenüberliegende Lebensmittelladen. Hätte es in unmittelbarer Nähe noch Gastronomie gegeben, wäre die Lage perfekt gewesen. Susan hat ihr Apartment bestens organisiert. Im Rahmen dessen Ausstattung ist nahezu alles vorhanden. Sämtliche Funktionen wie heisses Wasser, Heizung, Fernsehen (über Youtube sogar in Deutsch) usw. sind gegeben. Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass weil wir erst nach 22 Uhr eintrafen, uns Susan extra Essen und Getränke besorgt hat. Einfach zauberhaft. Zusammengefasst kann die Wohnung wirklich empfohlen werden

I stayed at this property with my fiance for 5 nights while visiting Edinburgh over the holidays. Communication with Susan leading up to our stay was excellent, which made checking in very easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It was located right across the street from a grocery store, which was very convenient. We mostly walked, but the city bus has stops right in front of the apartment, so it's very easy to use the public transit to get to the city center. Our stay was definitely enhanced by the comfort and convenience of staying here!
