Il est proche d'Arthur's seat pour les personnes qui aiment marcher. Hosts are very attentive and customer oriented. I was travelling by myself, and therefore I chose the room with a single twin bed. Please note that the bathroom (private) is not in-suite, which for me was OK, but I know that it could be an inconvenience for other. Very easy to move around the city center in public transportation. The bus stop to go to the royal mile and other attractions is just a minute away. We opted not to have breakfast at our stay as there were a lot of food and drink options within a walkable distance. The property also has convenient free car parking. We were not happy with the room. We booked a regular double bed room. However, the room that we were given was a loft. The bath room was really tiny with very little head space. My wife and I both got hurt using the wash basin. After that we were extra careful. The owners are a sweet couple. However, they blamed the room allocation on Expedia. I wish either the listing or Expedia had clearly specified that the room is a loft. It is a B&B, which means no lobby, breakfast ends early at 9:30 on the weekends, and you have to check out at 10:30 on the weekend.
