Your group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. It boasts exceptionally spacious and flexible accommodation including 5 bedrooms, 3 reception areas, 6 bathrooms, a games room as well as a beautiful orangery and extensive gardens. Historical, Grade A Heritage Listed and is a large home and garden with great views on Blackford Hill. 2000+ sq ft (V. Large House) 5 Bedrooms, 2 Superking beds, 2 King beds, 2 Double beds and 1 single bed. 6 Bathrooms. Dining Room' Dining Kitchen Games Room Orangery Large garden with seating area. Wonderful views of Blackford Hill. Parking is available for 1 Car in the drive. Buses 5 minute walk down Mortonhall Road for bus number 9 and 24\. 3 minute walk down Oswald road for bus number 38. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. \*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. \* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. \* A £100 will be applied for late checkout. \* We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional. \* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
