Flat is an ideal location. One minute walk to the tram that takes you right to Edinburgh center. Convenient is an understatement. House is clean and perfect for three couples. We found that for 6 people the apartment is small and having the dining table away from the kitchen is uncomfortable (it’s in the tv room which is very small). There is barely utensil and cooking ware and we had to ask for dishwasher detergent. Unfortunately we found hairs in one of the beds. Also the duvet cover for the sofa bed was not inserted in the provided bed comforter (if that is what it was). We did not bother because my son did not want it but I think that it should had been ready since they knew we were using the sofa bed.
