"We came into town to see family and celebrate birthdays, I selected this house because it was just minutes from where family were staying. After getting there, we realized it was just minutes away from a nice park. After one night being there we felt like we were staying in a second home. The place was super clean, the neighborhood was quiet, which is nice when you put a little down for nap and having a fenced in yard was nice to have our

"Our 1st family trip away for the Holiday's. The house was decorated for Christmas, just enough decorations, it was lovely. Every rooms theme was nicely put together. Very clean for a

place. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I reached out for a coffee drip pot, not the keurig. New coffee pot was delivered with filters and coffee. Everything was wonderful, pool area, property, loved all the plants. I would recommend a water filtration system for the property, since it's on a well....

"I was here to attend my last week of instructor training at the Bob Ross Studio, and this was the best value by far in the New Smyrna Beach area. No-frills unit, but with two double beds, a microwave and refrigerator, and a bathroom -- at this amazing price -- it was exactly what I needed. Expect a value stay that feels like you're in a 50's-feel roadside motel... where everything is kept clean and tidy. Great place to turn in for the night and then head out to explore during the day."

"This was an awesome place to stay! The host was very responsive, it is in a great location and the house is very clean and spacious. Went with family for a fishing trip and had a blast. The kayaks were also a huge bonus as it’s so close to the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again! "
