### “Down Home” - Charming Antebellum Farm House

Charming Historic Home for Rent!  
  
Step into a piece of history with this beautifully maintained farmhouse-style home! Featuring classic Southern charm, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence boasts a large front porch, perfect for relaxing evenings.  
  
Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. The home has been tastefully updated while preserving its character, featuring modern appliances and a cozy living area.  
  
The master bedroom features a king size bed, full bathroom, a cooling window unit, and a gas heater. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with two twin beds, both equipped with gas heaters for your comfort and the queen room with a cooling window unit. These bedrooms share a full bathroom right off the main living space. All of the bedrooms have televisions. The living room and all the bedrooms are accessible from the main foyer/hallway in the center of the house. As you exit the living room you enter the spacious dining room with fully equipped kitchen to the rear, both with cooling window units.  
  
Located on a 10 acre lot, this home offers a large yard with beautiful trees and a picturesque front porch. There is plenty of parking available to the front and side of the home. Conveniently situated 13 miles from I-20 at Exit 1, it is the perfect balance of a quiet country retreat and nights out in Edgefield (13 miles), Aiken (36 miles), North Augusta (17 miles), or Augusta (19 miles). It is also only 17 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course!
