Communicative, client focused, wants you to have a great experience...And the place is divine! I stayed during a hurricane on the island and it was such a cozy, warm, clean, well equipped shelter. It felt like "home". The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make a meal, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well stocked and the sauna is such an incredible perk. Also the fire pit out side and private area (great for a wedding party or other celebration) It is another ferry ride from the MV and once on chappy it's a few miles from chappy ferry so maybe have a bike or scooter to shuttle you. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. It was just me and my new husband and it was incredible but definitely big enough for a large family vacation. All of the rooms and appliances were clean and looked just like the images. My only complaint was that it was very minimally stocked. Only one back up toilet paper and one back up paper towel so I’m glad we didn’t have a large group. The last bedroom also didn’t have any sheets on it. And definitely be sure bring your own shampoos and soaps because there is none provided.
