Main house sleeps 6 people. There is a full/queen bedroom on the first floor next to a hall bathroom. On the second floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom. Also on the second floor is a two twin bedroom next to a hall bathroom. The loft area above the garages sleeps an additional four. The loft has 2 bedrooms (one king and two twins). There is no bathroom upstairs in the loft, but there is a small sink upstairs and a half bathroom off of the garage. The home also has an outdoor shower. There is a U-shaped driveway in front with lovely gardens and abundant sun in the afternoons. Backyard has deck with gas grill and charcoal grill. Also an outdoor dining table and chairs with a large umbrella. The house and property are very nice and comfortable. The host could not have been more accommodating. We struggled a bit with electrical outlets in the master bath (repeatedly tripped the breaker and eventually didn’t even try to use them), but we just worked around that. The master bedroom suite (the bedroom, bathroom, and ante room) is HUGE! The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is well-equipped. The location is great because Google Maps shows it’s only a 1.2-mile bike ride or walk to the center of Edgartown and an 8-minute drive to South Beach. The stairs up to the garage bedrooms are steep and the garage bathroom is on the ground floor, but all things considered, this place is terrific! Bart was a terrific host and took care of minor issues expeditiously. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. ##### Lindsay M. The bathroom in the garage is very small and on the ground floor, where the rooms are upstairs and there is no shower. Biggest drag was the garage smells moldy. The house was ideal for our extended family of 4 adult children, 2 spouses and 2 babies. We were able to easily walk into Edgartown and bike to the beaches. Bart, the landlord was extremely responsive to the one or two minor issues we had during our stay. We highly recommend the house! ##### peggy m. A true Martha's Vinyard property. The upstairs Master bedroom is roomy; the adjoining bath is as well. You won't find a fancy kitchen but it is perfectly serviceable and very clean. The house lives well; we were able to watch TV, work puzzles and play dominos. Every thing is close; for those times we needed a cab, one was quickly available.
