Directly from the house you can reach the enchanting valley of the Renaudie, where several hiking routes have been laid out. Or hike along the GR4 route, which leads from the Atlantic coast to the Mediterranean and follows the River Tardoire. Golfers will get their money's worth not far away on a beautifully situated 18-hole course. Wonderful gourmet experiences and other activities such as fishing, stand-up paddling or canoeing await you nearby. Visit the Futuroscope theme park, La Palmyre Zoo or the beautiful west coast beaches. La Rochelle, with its rich history and culture, is also worth a day trip.
