Comprising: living room with lounge (1 sofa bed) and equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra bed), vestibule (a few steps), shower room with toilet. Shared unfenced garden. Carport available. Free access to the campsite 100 m away with a 5,000 m² fishing and swimming pond (with a rowboat), equipped games, swing set, slide, sandpit, and table tennis. Fitness trail in the national forest 1.5 km away. Mountain bike rentals and reception rooms are available on site. BICYCLE AND HORSE RIDING LABEL. Ecouves Animal Park 6 km away. If the cottage exceeds its capacity of 5 people: €30 supplement. 1 pet allowed. For business guests, housekeeping is mandatory. Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the Ecouves national forest, this cottage enjoys an ideal location at the crossroads of hiking trails (GR22, Chemin de Saint Michel, GR36, and Véloscénie) and a few kilometers from Alençon. You can enjoy the leisure facilities of the nearby campsite and the mountain biking and nature outings organized by the owners every week during the season.
