The house was very clean. The maintenance guy was readily available for any problems we encountered, though we didn’t have much. It was our first time experiencing heavy snow so we weren’t prepared for the drive up the hill and had to walk up for the first night but the next morning the maintenance guy cleared the road so that we were able to drive up to our cabin. After that we put chains on our tires and we experienced no trouble with driving up the hill even with snow on it. I was in direct contact with the owner, which made it so convenient. Her response time was fast. She was very helpful and made us feel at home.Everything was amazing. The house was beautiful. The scenery was beautiful. My family and I had a great time. We will definitely be booking next year. There was plenty of room for our party of 11 between the three floors. The area was perfect for sledding and the main cabin had some sleds you could use.
