NO smoking anything in the house. No diving off the dock - its only 3-4ft deep off the dock. We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras and have a noise monitor. You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept. Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request. Truly every detail has been thought out inside the home! The rooms were perfect for our family and our kids loved the bunk room! The kitchen had everything that we needed and we loved relaxing on the porch area. The outdoor kitchen and pool area were amazing and so relaxing! Jami is wonderful. She was extremely helpful with any questions that we had and handled any issues promptly. Our only complaint is how shallow the water is at the dock and in the cove getting back to the dock. We did not realize this when booking the house (which may be partially our fault), but our boat bottomed out when getting back to the dock because we didn't realize we were supposed to stay between the poles in the cove. Once Jami told us where to go we were able to get back to the dock, but because we have a v-drive inboard boat that doesn't have the capability of trimming the motor it was very nerve racking every time we left and returned to the dock. If you are renting a boat or have an outboard boat with trimming capabilities it would not be an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home!! ##### Vanessa H. The place was perfect for our family which included young children. The house was really nice and had all the amenities we needed to make the birthday celebration special. Perfectly situated on the lake (we rented a boat which was delivered to the dock) with beautiful surroundings.
