Summary: Unwind at this beautiful Eatonton lakefront property, your gateway to relaxation and adventure. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a private dock, screened porch, and fire pit. Enjoy fishing, water sports, and breathtaking sunsets. With a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space, it's the perfect family retreat on Lake Sinclair. The Space: NOTE FOR FALL 2025 RESERVATIONS: A drawdown of Lake Sinclair is scheduled for the fall of 2025\. (This only happens every 5 years) Assuming adequate flow conditions continue to exist in the Oconee River leading up to the drawdown, Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown on October 25\. The lake will be lowered by approximately 5 feet and will drop by approximately ½ foot each day to reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level on November 1\. The lake refill will commence on December 1 and will reach full pool as soon as possible, dependent on inflows. I am so happy I choose this wonderful rental. Kim was very quick to respond to my questions. The house was very clean and well stocked. We all enjoyed the extra bonus of a stocked coffee bar and basket of snacks. My brothers loved fishing and caught quite a few even in the hot July weather. There were so many games, books, puzzles and even baskets of baby toys and baby equipment.. The basement had a pool table, wine cooler, darts and skee ball. The covered deck was the perfect place to start each morning. The sunsets were beautiful. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake home! ##### mary o.
