This four bedroom waterfront home blends lakeside outdoor living with multiple gathering spaces inside, including a lower level game room and bunk retreat. Evenings settle around the shoreline fire pit or on the deck overlooking the cove, with calm water reflecting the lights of the home as the day fades. A still morning on the cove sets the tone. The water is calm, the dock sits just steps from the lawn, and kayaks and paddle boards wait at the shoreline for the first quiet ride of the day. Coffee moves easily from the kitchen to the deck where the lake becomes the backdrop for the entire stay. Afternoons unfold outdoors. Some gather near the water, others drift between the dock and the lawn, while conversations carry across the deck as meals are prepared and shared. The home’s location in a protected cove keeps the setting peaceful, allowing the rhythm of the lake to move at a slower pace. Inside, the layout provides multiple places to gather or step away for a moment of quiet. Bedrooms are arranged across levels to provide comfort and privacy, while the lower level introduces a dedicated entertainment space with a game room and a bunk area that often becomes its own retreat for late-night movies, games, and conversation. As evening settles in, the shoreline fire pit becomes the center of the property. The last light reflects across the cove, dock lights begin to glow, and the lake returns to stillness again. Located along Lake Oconee, the home offers water access from a private dock with nearby marinas, dining, and everyday conveniences just a short drive away. \*\*\*\*There is a 5% non refundable processing fee for any cancellations\*\*\*\*\* This property welcomes pets! Please note that there is an additional $200 pet fee for bringing your furry friends. Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am - All of our sweet neighbors live here full time and are retired. NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found NO MOVING furniture - a fee of $200 with be charged. Max of 12 people allowed at the property at Anytime. Max of 2 pets No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove. Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties. Stay on the sodded lawn and do not go past the fire pit or cross the lake or creek to our neighbors land. Park ONLY on the driveway. Do not park on the street or off of the driveway at anytime. No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway. No parking off the street or in the grass. If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Please be respectful. Only 1 docked boat allowed. No smoking anything in the house. No Fireworks on the property EVER No events, parties, gatherings of more than 12 guest total on property at ANYTIME. No diving off the dock - its only 4-5ft deep off the dock. We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras. We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed. Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request. Overall, this home has everything you need: three stories, ample space, and the necessary amenities for cooking and entertaining. The rooms are spacious, and both decks are relaxing, especially in the morning or at any time of day. We were a bit disappointed that the location did not allow for swimming, as it's in an inlet, and a ton of debris washes into the area. We took advantage of the kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to venture out onto the lake, allowing our son to swim (with a life vest). The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but that's my snobbery and my need for a 5-star hotel accommodation. The owners are super welcoming, and we would stay again as we seek to make Lake Oconee our second home. ##### Matthew M. Plenty of room to spread out - kids had their own level with bunk room, bath, TV and entertainment room. Water in cove is very shallow, so be mindful of that if renting a boat. The house was perfect, well insulated and very cool for,these hot summer days. The space was huge, seating for everyone and lovely outdoor deck on each level. The house is beautiful, well-stocked with all your convenience's & the proximity to town was perfect. We rented a boat for the weekend & it was super easy with the dock on the property. The outdoor areas allowed us to enjoy the fire pit, the multiple decks & plenty of space for the dogs to have their fun. Jami is a fantastic host—super responsive & accommodating. The home and dock are located at the end of a beautiful cove so zero boat traffic and the water depth at the dock is less than 5-feet so the grandkids could play all day without fear of being in deep water and of passing boats. Excellent quiet location and the home is even better than it shows in the pictures. Our weekend was exactly that! Check in and out was easy using the code provided by the host. The lake house was spotless, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed right there and Publix was close by for extras. The host, Jami was very welcoming and attentive in her correspondence and was always quick to reply. We enjoyed the s’more goody basket that she left for us. Jami also took the time to mail me a scarf that was left behind. Do take time to read the information in the white notebook. We loved the dining recommendations for Pedro’s and Cafe 44\. Mellow Mushroom Pizza was also a hit. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the neighbors we encountered gave a friendly wave. Everything you need to enjoy a family vacation is at this property. The kids were on the kayaks from sunrise to sunset. The beautiful dock allowed us to fish and rent a pontoon for the entire family to enjoy. From pots to pans, baking dishes, measuring cups, this house has everything you need! No old couches or musty rooms here. House was super clean and comfortable. Very well laid out and designed. Lots of stairs but each floor has a bathroom.
