Spending time out on the deck was a highlight. Just a few minutes (by car) from the village of East Sound, the home was easy to find and filled with extras like a washer/dryer, hot tub, streaming services, deck with outdoor dining & grill, plenty of towels, all necessary cleaning supplies, and a bonus writer's retreat. We loved being able to cook at home and enjoy dinner on the deck. However, stove top skillets could use an update. We had an issue with there being no extra toilet paper stocked for 5 adults. But after notifying of our issue it was resolved in a few hours. There was also a slice of old pizza found in the oven when we went to preheat it and residue in the coffee pot. Otherwise the house was very clean, bedding was nice and comfortable. It was a great place for a family or close friends. We were close to town but felt removed from it for a nice weekend escape. King bed very comfortable, the double bed in the second bedroom not that comfortable and the bed was very close to the floor and hard for an adult to get out of.
