Our spacious Master bedroom features a luxurious King bed, a cozy reading area with a library, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. With its own private door, the Master opens directly to a deck that leads you to the hot tub—perfect for relaxing any time of day! ✨ The custom-tiled bathroom off the Master bedroom includes a walk-in shower and a single vanity, providing a serene space to refresh. For extra guests, our living room offers additional sleeping options, as both sofas fold out into full-sized beds. We know how important connectivity is, so we provide excellent WiFi and cell reception. Rules of Conduct: Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 10 AM Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons. Pets: Not permitted Housekeeping service is not included, but linens and bath towels are provided. Hot Tub Rules: No children under the age of 14 are permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision. No food or drink is allowed in or around the hot tub. A $120 fee will be charged if there is evidence of food or beverages that leads to a complete drain and refill of the hot tub. The Loft and Garage are not included in the rental. Water and Septic: Beach House is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Hurricane or Storm Policy: No refunds will be given unless local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area." Nicely decorated without being too busy. The bed was a little on the soft side for me (a firm mattress person) but it was still very comfortable. My partner and I slept so well while we were here. The hot tub was perfectly relaxing and the view was amazing. This was a little break from our busy schedules as performers to celebrate our anniversary and we enjoyed every second of it and left fully charged! Extra points for being simultaneously so close to the town that it was always convenient to pop over to get food and things, but still secluded enough for peace. I've already suggested this to several performer friends and we are looking for a time to head back. Absolutley recomend. ##### Olivia H. There is a great view of the bay and neat path just outside that leads down to the water. We had trouble with the wi-fi, but we had a personal hot spot so we were ok. We had a little trouble with the regulation of the water temperature in the shower - too cold then too hot, but it was manageable. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept pretty well. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and bath soap as there was just a little provided. The landscaping is beautiful. We also enjoyed the fact it was so close to East Sound, but felt like we were way out by ourselves at the ocean. We would recommend to others looking for a great place to stay on Orcas Island. The Inn at Ship's Bay - fabulous dinner!!! Only about three minutes away. ##### Margaret F. The landscaping and view were gorgeous, and we loved the hot-tubbing while overlooking Ship Bay. Very close to Eastsound, a very cute town. Out on the deck, you’re a little exposed to the noise of car traffic, but we thought it was a small price to pay for the rest. Overall fantastic, would stay again! ##### Derek R. Recommend this cozy, upscale getaway best suited for a couple. Comfortable furniture, wonderful views, private beach access from property's board walk with (many) stairs, walk or drive into Eastsound. 4 stars due to an exterior heating unit (for hot tub?) on the other side of the bed's headboard that was heard throughout the night (I am light sleeper). Also, there is no opportunity to allow fresh air (and enjoy loon calls) next to the bed as the window is fixed and there is no screen on the door.
