Looking out toward the trees and water, you'll have privacy in a quiet setting. There are neighbors in the vicinity, so respecting the privacy and quiet hours in the neighborhood is always appreciated. Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am each day. Exterior Lights are turned off at night to reduce light pollution. On the lower level, the 'Flex Room' also has a Queen bed, a Smart TV, an Emmes chair, and a lovely armoire/dresser set. Both rooms share a custom bathroom with a live edge countertop and a custom-tiled shower, plus plenty of fresh towels and guest amenities. A spacious guest bathroom with a vanity is conveniently located at the top of the stairs for common use. Enjoy remote work with our excellent WiFi connection, offering speeds of 50mbps+. The dining room table seats six, providing ample space for work or kids' schooling. There are five free EV chargers within walking distance! Just 100 ft down the road, you'll find two charging stations at the Orcas Community Center, two at the Island Market parking lot, and one on Haven Street. You can also bring your own conversion setup and extension cord for use with an exterior 110v plug at Madrona Pointe House. Pictures and description are extremely accurate. The rooms are airy and bright. A couple of days were rainy, no surprise, but we felt warm and cozy. Lighting is perfect to create just the right feel no matter what is happening outside. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for any level of cooking. All equipment and utensils are new and very good quality. There was high quality olive oil and vinegars including a wide range of spices. One thing that really stood out for us was working with Sherrie the property manager. We had several questions throughout our time there. Her responses were extremely timely, thorough, and helpful. The only issue for us, and this is very personal, were the beds. One was extremely firm, the other quite soft which led to a bit of a Goldilocks experience for us as we needed to switch around to find a good match. Towels and bed linens were top quality. Shower water pressure was great, and didn't take long to warm up. So many lovely details that made staying here such a wonderful experience. It did not feel cold and impersonal as so many rentals do. We'd love to return someday, and do not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend it to others. ##### Carol H. This was our first visit to Orcas Island and so we were not familiar with the island but we somehow managed to find a perfect spot that felt like a relaxing hideaway but was just steps from everything that Eastsound had to offer. It is also a nice mid-island location for exploring the whole island. The home itself is beautiful, well stocked and immaculate.
