I recommend bringing your own pillow unless you're okay sleeping on what feels akin to a rock. Additionally, the overnight staff was unhelpful and unempathetic to this issue. Other day staff seemingly recognized the issue but had no solution. Lastly, downtown Santa Barbara is overrun with homeless people on drugs and it did not feel safe to walk around in the evening and at night – downtown is right outside of the hotel. Thus, we cancelled the second night we had booked due to these issues.
