« A lovely property with a homey feel and an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals even a large pot for lobster boils. We appreciated it was only 3 steps to get in the house with bathroom grab bars for toilets and showers. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs but for family members with limited mobility, all the common areas are on the ground floor with just one small step down to get on the deck. We will definitely stay there again. »

« We have stayed in vrbos all over the world and this was one of the most comfortable, well appointed, homey spaces we’ve ever been. Instant “at home” feel! Truly a delight and plenty of room for the family.❤️😊 »

« We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house at the end of Water Street. It is ideally suited for viewing of the Old Sow turbulence. I don't think there could be a better viewpoint from the American side. There are at least three lighthouses which can be seen from the house, and both the rising and setting of the sun. And then there's the Bald Eagle which likes to sit on Dog Island and think about life for hours every day. »

« What a great time we had at this amazing property! Great experience from start to finish. Great place, awesome owner and very helpful property manager! We had so much fun enjoying the house, property and nature around the house. Absolutely breathtaking views from the property!!! If you want to have a great time with no worries, this is your place. « Can only say it was a great week...house was clean and supplied with all the kitchen items we needed. Full refrig was great as we bought most of our food for the week. Furniture and Bed was very comfortable. Decks were the best!! No internet but our cell phone did work to our surprise. Low Tide we could walk the beach for quite a ways-found lots of sea glass...kayaked...walked in the water by the shore. Only bummer we didn't build a fire on the beach but kindling etc was provided! Amazing to...

« The only issues I had Was when I got to my cabin the bed had not been made and the trash was not empty from the people before so we had to go to the red barn wash our bedding before we could sleep that night. Also the ad said 1 bedroom 1 bathroom there was no bathroom in the cabin it was in the red barn »

« This cottage was just perfect for a quiet getaway. It was very clean and comfortable. Mary Jane was the best. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Close to Acadia National Park (2 hrs). Lubec and Eastport are just 30 minutes away. We would come back again »
