The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has twin bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. There is a dehumidifier in the living area that will need to be emptied daily. A large gravel parking area gives plenty of space for boat parking. Ample room for those days that the weather doesn’t cooperate. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The seating in the living area is the only thing that was a slight issue.
