"Front staff was excellent to deal with and very pleasant. The shuttle drivers were also very accommodating and got us to and from our concert venue without a problem. The hotel is bright, quiet and very clean. The only issue is with the parking garage at the hotel........the spaces are small!! We have a Subaru Legacy and it was a challenge getting the car into the space. The check-in clerk did let us know ahead that the garage adjacent to the hotel was also available and better for larger vehicles. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to stay there again. Oh, and the restaurant had a great menu....the Lobster Arancini was delicious!"

" A hotel has control over cleanliness, upkeep, and service. This hotel ranks very poorly in service. Not a single smile from any staff at check-in, check-out, or requests. They advertise pickup from the airport is available but after a call before flight, after landing, and then 3 more calls after landing, the shuttle did not arrive even after an hour. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport! In my last call to the hotel, they told me they couldn't even contact the driver of the shuttle and did not know where they were. No apology or explanation afterwards. If a service is not available, don't advertise it and don't falsely lead customers to believe it is there. Lastly, a simple apology goes a long way, but no apology goes further. I would never stay here again and recommend all to be wary."

"This is a homey place to stay. If you like an old inn, this is your place. Comfortable bed, well-furnished private bath down the hall, and relaxing breakfast room. Walkable from bus/train station."

"Overall, the location and layout of the unit were good. However, there were a few issues. One of the dressers was filled with men's dirty clothes, which was very worrisome, as we thought perhaps there was a squatter of some sort there. In addition, the apt. was not cleaned very well. We found food on the floor in the living room and a baby's pacifier underneath one of the beds. All of the vanity and kitchen drawers were dirty on the inside.The tub/shower is an accident waiting to happen. There are no bars to hold onto when entering or exiting the tub, and once inside, you are surrounded by not-so-clean plastic mats underneath your feet and literally wrapped in plastic shower curtains. All four people in our group used the very small shower in the back instead. Although the host “addressed” the connection issues, the Wi-Fi never worked. If the unit had been thoroughly cleaned, it would have made up for the chipped paint and much-needed TLC, but the uncleanliness only highlighted the areas that need attention. Overall, it met our basic needs, but I would not return or recommend it."

"Very clean and modern design, spacious room and overall the place was very quiet and made for a good night's sleep. Convenient to have the garage attached to the hotel, you just have to have your ticket validated by the front desk, but allows you to come and go as you please for the parking fee."
