« A perfect place for a single or a couple to get away from the city. Property was clean and tidy, with ample facilities. Even had fresh milk in the fridge! Along with many other things in the pantry. All facilities were great, only wish there was air conditioning and more ventilation but otherwise. 💯 Would stay again for sure. »

« When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. The property was nice and spacious for us with a nice big washing machine and plenty of drying space. We cooked breakfast each morning...

« As a family from the country visiting Sydney for the first time, the 3 bedroom terrace added an extra charm of experiencing life in the city. Location was perfect with a easy walk to public transport. Very little road noise. The local pub down the road offered an easy solution for a quick meal when tired from sightseeing. Only downside, the neighbor next door with their very squeaky gate. »

« We stayed over Easter-4 adults and 2 young children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and fire pit were great. Location is good. We could walk to the ferry and RSL and shops. Would definitely stay there again »

« Good price for what I see. Nice area, near by station only 2mins drive . But the house non soundproof, you can hear pp walking upstairs, talking…the guests was pretty loud. The keeper, and cleaner was very nice and helpful »

« Check in was easy. Michelle was always quick to reply about any queries that we had. A very generous welcome pack of treats as well as access to anything else in the freezer and pantry. Lovely safe backyard which was great for amusing two toddlers, so much better than staying in a hotel !! « This place was just perfect for a long weekend staycation. Close enough to the beach, shops, cafes etc. My only gripes were not enough coat hangers (only 2) and the courtyard was full of leaves and could have been swept prior. Otherwise all good...👍 »

« The good: Property is nicely renovated on the ground floor. The location is great - close to the Rocks and Circle quay. The neighborhood is full of nice little restaurants and bars. The bad: Heat! There is no air conditioning (which is correctly not listed as an amenity). There some small in effective fans and a small floor cooling unit on the ground floor (which barely moves the slightly chilled air it creates). Even opening windows to try to allow for a cross draft did not cool the...

« A lovely house with all that you would need, we especially liked the room at the end of the garden. North Sydney is not a place for those who don't like hills, but we would stay again »

« Service à l’accueil excellent! Pour l’horaire du check-in et gestion du taxi 👍 Par contre le logement mediocre. Un carton pour remplacer 2 pieds cassés du lit… le 2nd lit en clic clac très médiocre. Et niveau cuisine: portes défectueuses, pas assez de couvert pour 4 persinnes (alors qu’il est loué pr 4), etc… Un sérieux manque de suivi d’entretien, rien avoir avec les belles photos de leur site…dommage ! »
