Guest Access:
● You are welcome to use the pool at your own risk. Do not allow children near the pool without adult supervision.
● Access to Penn Estates community amenities
● Driveway parking for up to 10 vehicles
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be canceled.
●Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $75 each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.
● Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

Getting Around:
Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are REQUIRED to register online with Winona Lakes no less than 2 days from the arrival date. A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately. There is no fee for registration.
● Unfortunately, renters do not have access to the community amenities

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.

Dog fee is $150 per dog. Please let us know how many dogs you intend to bring so we can properly vet and send the appropriate request for payment.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($50) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

Weekly trash collection is on Wednesdays. Our cleaner will stop by to pull the cans out for collection.

The pool is typically heated to 82 degrees F. It is serviced weekly on Fridays.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Super Foodtown, Price Chopper, Weis Markets, & CVS

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES
● Ring doorbell camera at the front entry door
● 2 Ring floodlight cameras - one at the side of the house over the garage and one at the back of the house facing the pool
● There's also 7 inactive cameras around the exterior of the property, on the house and in the trees

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
