You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find. We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy. Other Things to Note: ● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit. DOG FEE: ● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. Guests are expected to complete registration with Blue Mountain Lake at least 48 hours prior to check-in. REGISTRATION FEE: ● $150 - This is included in the booking total. ● This fee covers community and property access. ● Registrations can only be processed Monday to Thursday until 4 in the afternoon. We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations ● Access to the Blue Mountain Lake community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay. ● Note: These are community-imposed fees, collected to support the operations and upkeep of Blue Mountain Lake's facilities and amenities. We watched sports fri-sun and it was an awesome basement with stadium chairs. Sharing beds was a little tricky but we made it work. Wander management was great in communication. Only minor issue was checking in as we had didn't have to go into the office to pick our rental packet as they close on Fridays...no check in at security gate but all good for us, just a little run around and phone calls. Overall, definitely a house we would rent again. Fyi, you'll need big pots and pans if you want to cook as they didn't have any. ##### Wah C.
