The Space:
Less than twenty minutes from the Sagamore bridge, this lovely home in Sandwich will give you memories to last a lifetime, it's sure to be a Record Summer. Nice modern touches adorn this home; from the EV Charger located in the driveway to the updated kitchen, this home will bring sophistication and relaxation to your next vacation. Guests enter into a convenient mud room and seating area, keeping the beach sand outside and the rest of the home sparkling. Walk down the hallway past the Peloton bike and workout room, and up the stairs by the beautiful front door. Once upstairs, your jaw will drop as you gaze upon the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, complete with a large, breakfast bar island. Exit through the kitchen and outdoors to the elevated deck, sporting a grill and Adirondack chairs, overlooking the sprawling backyard.

Return inside and down the hallway past the kitchen to the home's three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds, while the primary bedroom houses a king bed and private en suite full bathroom. The home's second bedroom is located in this section of the home as well, with a tub/ shower combo.

Raised ranch fun
We had plenty of room for 3 adults and our dogs. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was very clean with one exception. The furnishings were high end and excellent quality. The primary bathroom was very small with a small shower stall. The location was perfect for our trip. Cleanliness exception: when looking through the kitchen cabinets we found a metal box. Upon opening it up to see what it contained we found an extremely moldy and mildewy mess. We hardly recognized that it contained grilling tools. The inside of the box and the tools were completely covered with mold and mildew. We put it outside for the Del Mar staff to pick up.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. We enjoyed the well-appointed home. It is close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and is easily reached from both Routes 6 and 6A. The property manager checked in by phone the day if our arrival and again after check out. They were pleasant and helpful.

Great Stay!
Overall, fantastic stay for a week with two young families. The location of this property could not be better. The town of Sandwich is quant and extremely inviting with wonderful cafes, bakeries, shops, etc.. Within an hour drive you can explore all of the Cape as well as reach Boston. The property itself was clean, accurately described and has everything needed to enjoy. Only constructive comment would be the deck. The inside of the house is newly retrofitted or renovated, but the deck is showing it’s age. Would definitely visit Cape Cod again and surely would stay here again.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Sandwich. The house was exactly as advertised - comfortable, clean, relaxing. We had easy access to the highway and were able to get to cape locations with no difficulty. A great place to stay for a relaxing cape holiday.

Beautiful Home
I enjoyed my stay, everything was beautiful as in the pictures. Location was perfect close to shopping, restaurants, lakes, and beaches. I was very pleased upon my arrival perfect place for a family and dogs. The porch and yard does need some attention but the inside was absolutely perfect.
