Farmer's Porch & three outdoor decks, bright & spacious, WiFi, AC, tasteful nautical decor, comfortable beds with freshly turned linens + more. The Space: All the comforts of home are here. Fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wifi, smart TVs, Keurig & K-Cups, washer dryer, linens & towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more. A reverse floor layout allows for ocean views from the spacious & open upper level. Bonus 3rd floor lounge space with even more views of the water (be sure to check out the pictures!). Just outside the many sliding doors, enjoy a lazy afternoon with a salty ocean breeze on any of the impressive decks. Truly, this exceptional property is pure magic. We have 3 mini splits — one in the master, one in the living room and one in the family/dining room. Our goal is to have guests walk in the door and instantly feel ready to relax without having to worry about a single amenity. For those arriving by air, the property is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The nearest public transportation options are limited, so having a car is recommended to explore the area and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. The charming town of Sandwich is easily accessible by car, offering local shops, restaurants, and historical sites. Linens, shampoo and soap were provided, which is really nice when you are traveling. There is a lot of room upstairs for everyone to spread out and relax. The house is as advertised and close to the beach which was amazing and the location near 6a is incredibly convenient. The kids room with bunk beds was also great. The second adult bedroom was on the smaller side, but as long as you know that going in I think you won't be disappointed.
