One acre of manicured lawn and mature landscaping surround this 2,400 sq ft, four-bedroom, three-bathroom contemporary home that is bathed in natural light. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, light wood floors, and a neutral color palette that makes the home feel spacious and airy. The great room overlooks the pool and features a large sofa and double-size armchair set around a cozy brick fireplace and flat-screen. An additional seating group for two is also nearby. The formal dining table is also in this space, with seating for six. The chefs kitchen, which also overlooks the pool and provides easy access via sliding door, includes a stainless-steel appliance suite and bright white cabinetry that is nicely complimented by the warm granite countertops and brushed gold hardware. Seating options in include the island counter which seats two and the informal kitchen table with seating for four. On the main floor is an impressive and spacious master suite with access to a home office or sunroom. There were 6 adults and 3 little ones. The house had plenty of room inside, an incredible yard in back, and a big pool for swimming.
