The communication was outstanding with the host.We did not get a chance to use the large backyard because it snowed, but it was very nice. There was no snow shovel. I messaged the host. Within an hour a snow removal company was there to shovel us out. We are in our late 70’s and we could not figure out the tv. It would be helpful to have a folder with step by step instructions as to how to turn on the tv and how to get to the local stations. The beds are very comfortable. Honestly more than the picture shows. The house is a wooden and warm home. I could charge the temperature and unlock the door through the app. There was free wifi and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more for the kitchen. Amazing communication back and forward. A lot was already supplied in the home.I would say mt favorite thing was just the feeling of the place.
