It's divided into three parts: a tv viewing section, a dining area, and a sitting lounge perfect for games and socializing over coffee or drinks. There is a well-equipped kitchen with coffee station and bar seating as well as a small library that can be used as a work area. There are three bedrooms: 1) First floor master with king bed, walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with spa shower 2) First floor room with two twin beds and a dedicated desk that can be used as a work area 3) A second floor loft with queen bed, private balcony, en-suite full bathroom and a dedicated work station. There is a large outside patio perfect for enjoying the beautiful cape weather, and there is a BBQ provided by the patio. For those with a boat, you'll have access to the private neighborhood ramp to launch into the nearby bay! This property is a wonderful place to rest and relax as you enjoy the many close by beaches or the vibrant Falmouth downtown. The décor and contemporary style made us want to live there — very tasteful.Check-in and check-out were easy to access. We were authorized to enter the house starting at 4 p.m.The cleaning crew was delayed by just a few minutes (maybe 5 minutes), and I immediately received a message saying I had been refunded for the inconvenience. Although such a gesture wasn’t necessary, it showed care, kindness, and respect for their guests.The house is secure, with cameras and an alarm system — a very important factor when choosing where to stay. Communication was also easy and accessible.Although the reservation was for 6 adults, 2 people were unable to join us for the weekend.The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The hosts do not allow pets, which is something we always look for when staying in hotels or rental homes — just a personal preference.We definitely recommend this house as an option when staying in Falmouth.We hope to return next year. ##### Gabriela B. Plenty of options nearby for tood and entertainment but also enough space in the house for a staycation inside.
