High beamed ceilings with upstairs bedroom loft overlooking the pond. Two additional bedrooms are on the first level. The lower level has an oversized family room which has two twin sleep sofas for a total sleeping capacity of 8 people. There are two full bathrooms, one on the first floor and one in the lower level. Walk in the door and take in the view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and kitchen which overlook the beach in your back yard. The downstairs has a walk-out slider which brings you to the lower wooden deck and outdoor shower. There are lots of windows throughout the house which provide plenty of sunshine. The oversized family room in the lower level is equipped with a flat screen TV, a large full bathroom/laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, as well as a private sitting area in the back. Please note that the backyard beach is one of many around the neighborhood and is part of a small association and open to neighborhood residents only. The upper deck wraps around both sides of the house with lots of room to enjoy an outdoor BBQ. Come back from a day at the ocean and jump in the pond or take a warm outdoor shower. Walk up the street and enjoy the association beach. My stay started off with a phone call from Lisa 4 days prior to my departure. She wanted to get me acquainted with the property and see if I needed anything before my stay. We were able to get a great night sleep on the comfy mattresses before a full weekend ahead. We enjoyed meals, drinks, and snacks on the lovely wrap-around deck overlooking the pond, and some friends in the group enjoyed a refreshing late-night swim. The house was about a 10 minute drive from all attractions we would need to get to. When you first arrive you might be worried that you are a little "out there" but do not panic! Everything was conveniently located!!! The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the busier main road. Lisa checked in with us throughout our stay and was a fabulous host. We swam, used the kayaks and paddle boards, and enjoyed all those fun experiences. They are in good shape and easy enough to bring to the pond. The house was clean. For us, the best features are the living room and deck where you can sit and see the gorgeous pond. The view is fantastic. The beds were not good for us. They are short and small for a couple to sleep well together. I ended up sleeping on the floor with a mattress from a fold-up bed. So, our sleep was not the best. This is the only drawback of this gorgeous property in a prime location. ##### claudyne w. It was so clean and spacious! My daughters and I enjoyed every nook and cranny on the property, so many spaces to relax. The pond was so clean and refreshing. Lisa was a great host, she was a text away if we needed anything. We had a great time and made some new memories! We would definitely go back to this spot! ##### Kim M. The home is beautiful and the lake made is so nice for us to relax and hang out. The water was perfect! The neighborhood is beautiful and secluded while being close to everything you need.
