Close enough to the beach and town with access to a playground for our three year old. The house was clean and had the perfect amenities for staying cool, and allowed us to stay in and cook a meal vs eating out every night. The host was great and left a book about near by attractions and information that was easy to follow about the house. The ac wall unit in the living area of home does not reach the bedrooms making it extremely hot and hard to sleep in the middle of July. The ceiling fans in the bedroom are very low power and don’t offer much relief 2) Value: the pictures are more beautiful than actuality. It is a small, basic rental property and since sheets and towels are not included, you have to add at least another 300 to use their recommended linens service if you don’t want to bring your own.3) It’s a great location on a nice, quiet street so we just spent most of our time out and enjoying Falmouth. ##### Kendall B.
