This stunning home features elevated ocean views and luxurious resort-like amenities. Spanning 6,500 sq. ft. across four floors, Our Cayman Cottage is the perfect family vacation home. Guests can take a dip in the oceanfront pool and spa, enjoy alfresco meals with a view on the balcony, or retreat to the lower-level game room for hours of fun. The game room comes equipped with two retro arcade games, plus a shuffleboard table and pool table. There's also a full-service bar complete with a small fridge, ice maker, wine cooler, and kegerator--contact us two weeks before arrival to arrange a keg! A large TV den rounds out the lower level with French doors providing walk-out access to the villa's pool deck. The center point of the villa, this fabulous oceanfront pool deck comes complete with an infinity pool and a submerged heated spa. Savor the elevated ocean views as you cool off in the infinity pool. Sun loungers are placed on opposite ends of the pool for sunbathers to enjoy. LED lighting illuminates the water in the evening hours. Steps down from the pool deck is a secluded sandy beachfront accessible via a private stairway. The protected reefs behind the home provide guests an opportunity for exceptional snorkeling expeditions and kayaking adventures. Two complimentary kayaks and three bicycles are provided for guests to enjoy during their stay\*. The water here is rarely snorkeled meaning guests often see exotic marine life such as spotted eagle rays and larger schools of juvenile fish. With very little current, this is a great and safe area for children to snorkel in. The house is beautiful but it was designed with fun and the entire family in mind. There is something for everyone and is designed to be used. My family is still taking about the wonderful time they had. We had several chefs come in and prepare meals. They all remarked how well organized and equipped the kitchen was. The property manager was helpful and quickly resolved a couple of minor issues at the beginning of the trip. I highly recommend this property to others. ##### John H. We rented the villa when there were no reviews, so I felt we were taking a chance ... but it really paid off. The property is everything you could want. The villa is located in the East End, a very quiet part of the island. It took us about 45 minutes to drive there from the airport. We rented a car from Marshall's, and stopped in Savannah for groceries and liquor along the way (Foster's IGA & Jacque Scott's Liquor). There is an express grocery store in East End, and a liquor store, but better to visit the larger ones on the way to the villa. Be advised, grocery and liquor stores are closed on Sundays. The villa has three levels. The ground level has the amazing pool and jacuzzi, with plenty of lounging space, and tables in the shade. You can enter the game room from the pool area, which holds a full bar (sans liquor), pool table, shuffleboard game, video games and a flat screen tv area for watching movies. We spent most nights down in the game room having a blast. There are two bedrooms as well, and they share the full bath that's located on this level. The second level is the one you enter the house on. It has a large kitchen and dining area, living room with flat screen tv, half bath, and two bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. This level opens up to an outside veranda that overlooks the pool and faces the ocean view - this was our favorite place to gather in the mornings. The third level has the master bedroom suite with attached bathroom and veranda, and another bedroom with attached bathroom and veranda. From this level you can climb a spiral staircase to another bedroom at the very top of the villa. It was perfect for our teenage son, and he was able to share the bathroom we had on the third level. The back of the house faces the ocean, and there are constant trade winds blowing, which you need to quell the humid heat. We were able to snorkel right off the beach, as it is shallow quite a ways out to the breakers, where there is a coral reef to explore. We also enjoyed using the two kayaks provided by the house. We were able to easily explore the rest of the island by car, but always enjoyed coming back to Our Cayman Cottage. The island residents are warm, welcoming people, and we would return again without hesitation. If you're looking for peace, quiet and privacy - Our Cayman Cottage fits the bill perfectly! ##### Michele K.
